New Patcher Lags

Every time - EVERY TIME - a major company updates a client, do you know what it does? It simply sucks more resources to do the same task as the previous client. The current client does nothing more than turn your LOL patcher into an applet heavy sinkhole. Riot is probably mining your meta-data while you patch. Forget Riot and forget their evil Chinese corporate overlords. This nonsense takes nine years to patch, is buggy as heck, and doesn't improve your connectivity to the LoL playing network one bit, much less a byte.

P.S. I previously used more colorful language and the mods deleted this thread - let's see if they delete it again when I remove all profanity.
