Black Cleaver and new bruiser keyrune?

title made me think they were deleting/reworking cleaver and turning it into a rune.
At this point I think Star Citizen is more likely to be completed then Riot is when it comes to giving us a bruiser keystone, balance pass for top, top rework, and fighter/bruiser rework.
I would have added Kingdom Hearts 3 coming out too but that is suppose to be sometime this year.[slayer-pantheon-popcorn]

For now: Sterak's, Triforce, Cleaver, DD, BORK, either Hydra; pick at least two and build them first. You've got a good shot at doing ok as a bruiser.
Although yes, a dedicated bruiser keystone would be very nice.
To be fair, I wish Black Cleaver wasn't such a core item for Juggernauts and sometimes Divers/Skirmishers. It feels like a Must-Buy, and many champions build it then pick only Tank items. I wish they just made it a versatile, not overpowered item and buff all champions who used to build it, so they have more freedom in their builds.
About the rune, we have to wait and see. Aftershock has been kinda changed to fit more Health-Stacking, less resistant champions, so things like J4 and Vi work well with it. They tested a version of Grasp that proved to be ridiculous, but I think they are still looking for a way to make it work.
The only other possible Rune I could see changed is Press the Attack, but I doubt it will happen. A new rune will either replace an existing one or add to every tree another possible option, so they would come with 4 big runes at the same time, or scrap one of the current ones...
