@Balance_team: Compensation buffs for Nautilus in other roles

Hi all, I'm vncentwu, currently #2 Naut NA and #3 Naut world on lolskill. I've played Nautilus for a while now, in every role -- including mid and 'adc'. His more meta picks are top, support, and jungle though, so I'll be focusing my argument on those.

Basically, I find the Nautilus nerfs a little crass. The nerfs were specifically targeted at top lane Naut. However, completely gutted him in every other role. I believe that this should be compensated in some ways in other parts of his kit.

For example:

  1. Increased monster damage on W/E
  2. Increased AP ratios
  3. Decreased CD on hook
  4. Increased HP ratio on his W
  1. and 2) benefit jungle, 3) and 4) benefit supports. 4) may seem a little odd, as it helps top laners. However, tanky top laners are currently so strong only because they can build ZZrot, which does not give any extra health. This forces top lane Nautilus players to choose between tankier items through health, or the sidelane pressure from ZZrot. Forcing a tradeoff is much healthier for the game. On the other hand, support players who purchase a substantial amount of health (instead of armor/mr) through sightstone and targons can see a slight improvement.
