Isn't Rammus a little too strong

He just sort of builds armor and destroys people. Malzahar is being looked at cause they say he is easy to use. Rammus literally just walks around. Seems a little stupid for someone with 0 level of mechanics to backally obliterate basically all melee champions and adc. I get he counters them, but to his level and to do it so easily seems not okay.
