Is it me or does Riot not have any clue the problem with Rengar?

It's literally the fact that his kit is so front loaded he can kill you with leap and Q. The rest of his kit is essentially icing on the cake.

Fixing him:

Bonetooth necklace: Rengar now loses up to 2 stacks per death based on how many people killed him (so if someone lands an assist he loses double stacks) Passive leap: CD per bush of 10s. Q: CD 4->6s. Sorry but with CDR this thing is on a 2s CD and does at least 300 damage. Also it no longer resets AAs. (its an ability now the entire point of his rework was to remove his burst in under 1s and reseting his AA while also used as a cancel is 100% BS and defeats the purpose as it really is not a skill shot). Empowered Q: 220->180% bonus AD W: 50% damage healing in 1.5s healing -> 35% healing in 1.5s

As he is right now the problem is not his ult. You know who he can see and who he is going for and its fairly projected. But once he leaps in they blow up in .3s and then he cleanses and walks away.
