Can we use the space opened by Dominion's deletion for permanent Urf?

If you have been able to keep Dominion up for 4+ years with 0.5% of the population playing it, then surely by god you'd be able to keep Urf up without citing resources as an excuse now that Dominion is going to be deleted.

Please Riot? Everyone wants Urf way more than shitty Dominion.
