Am I the only one who finds Xin's Q has been feeling bad of late?
It used to give you a new autoattack right away, now there is some delay. Rather irking.

I think Xin is kind lacking in general right now. But maybe it just seems that way because of all the morons rushing 
thinking "oh muh damage will be crazy" and then dying when someone gently blows air in their direction.
