Climbing to Platinum 1 seems impossible.

Like the title climbing to Platinum 1 seems impossible.First of all for some reason players afk/dc wayyyyy too much like randomly DC for example when they are farming.And in last 2 weeks it became so often its tiring to see it even for the enemy team!Secondly because of the ignorant top laner.What do i mean with this?Going to fight the enemy toplaner when he is the only1 pushing and with the enemy movements its obvious that the enemy jungler is comming and he wont have warded so he can have vision and avoid getting killed.So after he gets killed he tp's back to lane and he either dies again or just continue farming while wasted the tp.Then he will go full ad/ap when he is like 0/4 and keep going 0/6 instead of going tank or just some what tanky even a little and obviously he will flame/blame the jungler xD.And many more reasons sorry for all this huge text but my point is.Am i the only1 hardstuck platinum here?What am i doing wrong?I mean if you check my op.gg (https://eune.op.gg/summoner/userName=BubbleB) statistically im not THAT bad in comparsion with others!I understand that picking janna in every game isnt smart/good but she has truly amazing sustain which can make ur adc immortal but also im a beast with her and i can handle situations easily and almost every time i will win bot.Are you hardstuck too?Any tips to keep in mind in the future soloq games?I am tired of being hardstuck you know :(
