So people are whining about MF's passive

Did any of you guys think the optimal way to use it would be to cs, poke like a lane bully would for the damage, and then sustain the pressure with a moderate damage lead if you wanted to, rather than switching targets over and over like a Bronzie? Really should have been your first thought...
