S6 Ranked Que's need rework

Why does ques in silver take 20-30 minutes now? I now get 3-10 dodges before a game and the overall time to get through champ select is nearing the 1 hour mark. Furthermore, this new que is becoming a huge nuisance for the previous solo que type players who now get matched with 3-4 man pre-mades who either do not play according to their rank or troll as 4. This new que has caused me to drop 2 divisions in a single day with 10+ game losing streaks where nobody out of these 4 man ques seem to know what they are even doing.
