Let us move our HUD.

I'm bad, so I play with locked camera. I like playing ADC. But when I get ADC on red side it's just horrible. Just a horrible experience all around because I can't see anything below me. The solution to this would be to let us move our HUD to the top of our screen. This doesn't apply to everyone but it would make the experience for ADC players in low elo a lot better.
