Why No Remakes in Urf?

Literally have had about 10 total urf games where it's a 4v5 or 3v5 because people just don't want to play on their champs, and we aren't able to fucking remake because why?

Ah, I forgot. Riot is a small indie company. I shouldn't expect anything of them.
