riot has to agree with this the math is there its clearly garbage as a splitpushing AND teamfighting keystone. it is not safe if you want a future for this pathetic rune revert it and remove ranged use completely like old one. I will just main electrocute now cause you burned down conqueror. it really wasnt strong before it was just sometimes a little fun to see some decent true damage and "some inexperienced players" walk to me when i have it in hand LOL Its really elo dependent whether it is always up or not.
You basically ruined this choice for juggernauts, because people should not be punished for approaching you as a squishy champion. Or you favored people who walked into me which isnt very smart. Electrocute does way more dmg and its build paths are way more bursty.
Not trying to be mean or anything but bad move on that conqueror change it is completely useless, as we know old one wasn't strong it was just appearing that way when people blindly approach you while you have it ready and guinsoos as well. That wasnt too bad before since it was actually bad for team fights(you have to charge it)
you made it bad for split pushing and teamfights. for those adc mains i take it. So you ruin a rune that was made for darius and similar and make its only strength(splitpushing power) gone so you can shred tanks so what there are many lethality and shred items that can negate armor to a large scale.
