State of the Meta

We had a gold lead in Aram for 35 minutes we completely outplayed our opponents in fact them where dead 8-10 minutes i repeat nearly 10minutes longer than we where. Assassins and burst damage carries own even if their behind. The counter to these champion are tanks but when 3 of them are fed and you are in a 4 vs 5 this current meta is extremely unhealthy . Tanks are good a tone thing not getting bursted to death but in the games current state this is not possible.Tanks need to be able to do their jobs aka tank while the squishys need to not be as op with the % dmg but still do their jobs. The wet noodle fight I saw as a balanced meta not a tank meta in fact it was the most balanced the game ever was. When i came back from work hopefully there will be some replies. Any thoughts in this matter lets have a nice multi sided debate :D

P.S. I have gone through many similar situations in rift this situation just happened to be aram. the 4 vs 5 was in the last 5 minutes.
