why are ryze and lissandra starting champions?

ryze is one of the most difficult champions in the game and it is unfair to new players to make him one of the limited few they have to choose from ryze also costs 450 ip. if new players want to play him, they wont have to wait long as he is extremely cheap.

lissandra is also a terrible champion to give new players because she is deceptively difficult with her very short range and has some of the most extreme mana problems in the entire game (85 mana rank 1 for 70 damage slow). if you want to teach new players how to manage their mana, lissandra is a good champion in theory due to her passive, but the ammount of mana management you need to play her is ridiculous atm. she should be replaced with a champion like or which have easy learning curves for players and both have mana sustain in their kits that can teach someone before they get to someone like lissandra

another problem this thing has is that there is also no supports in this theres 3 mages and 3 marksmen, but at least two of everything else. why not remove ryze and varus and replace them with nami and leona?
