Can we get more options for attack move and shift click

I would really like to have the option for a lock on version of attack move where you right click a champion to set them as a target and using attack move or shift click automatically aims solely for them. I would also like to see the option to make it so attack move will only activate if a champion is within auto attack range to help newer players prevent from using it and walking towards the enemy when trying to kite backwards.
