Why reduce LP if someone AFK in that game?

If someone intentionally AFK, why their teammates have to responsible for the failure? 4 vs 5 is almost impossible to win the game. I recommend if someone AFK and be reported at less 5 people, should take full responsibility. (The winners still get LP+)
