Us customize the Settings In Custom Game

So custom game so be as said "Custom", and I'd think we should be able to have access to things in Practice Tool, such as give gold, lvl up and things like so, also be able to affect the world like, Custom cooldown for everyone.

So me and my friends like to be stupid and try out homebrew gamemodes in custom games but we have a problem doing so because we don't have access to the Practice Tool, More or Less to make sense of Madness, could you allow us to fiddle with some of the match settings, like character adjustments (such as lvls and gold, Basiclly some of the tools in practice tools and other stuff we can do like adjust cd or other things like such.

Simply also us to mess with more match settings then just the match mode,team size and number of bots. Such as Cooldowns, Gold, Level cap.

Allow us to Make our own fun modes.
