Abyssal Scepter got CDR but reduce ap, can Riot pls add cdr to Maw and remove the arm pen so it does less damage but more utility defensive?

Sure, if we remove the armor penetration and nerf the passive cooldown and power :)
Yes, this would be a nerf to maw in term of damage but a good buy for top laner too now after black clever for some more cdr with defensive boots instead of ionia.
