SINGED FOR JUGGERNAUT!!! and maybe a slight buff

singed should definitely be included in this new juggernaut club, and as a new member he should also get a buff like the rest of em... what i have in mind is just a little tweak to his poison distribution system, make his poison apply like an "on-hit" effect when it is passively active or just tweak it so that when he is standing still for a second or more, his poison builds up a little bit to take up the space of his base. the only way to apply poison is to fling or be chased... this would allow for some more competitive top laning, he cant get positive exchanges against most champs top with out having fling EVERY TIME... thanks for the read and consideration and be well my friends.
