Small Tahm Tweak

Tahm Kench needs to have a cooldown or a passive reset between his passive ability hits. Many other champions with similar passives, Nautalis for example, cannot reapply for what, 8s? Tahm on the other hand, can simply abuse his passive non-stop without risk. His ability to constantly Q stun should be reason enough, especially since he gains a massive movement speed buff, but when you couple that with his ability to HP% damage you with his W, then almost immediately have 3 passives on you after you are spit out needs to be addressed. There is no other champion out there that has an abusive chain without a single cooldown.
