One small request about the Runes Reforged

In the Sorcery tree, can you please swap the position of Nullifying Orb and Transcendence? The reason I ask this is because currently the two most desirable keystones on Shyvana are going to be Fleet Footwork and Phase Rush, but going Phase Rush just feels so awful since the first tree offers no desirable option in terms of runes (no mana or ult cd to worry about and Nullifying Orb is very specific based on enemy team). It'd help offer other options to Shyvana and maybe other champions that would like Sorcery keystones but don't care much for mana and ultimate cooldowns.

Not sure if it's true but it could also help in making people decide around overall CDR or lowering ult CDs even further than base cap (mid-game CDR or late game focused with lower ult CD). Just an idea ^_^
