Early game assists should offer more gold until the 5 min mark.

Thoughts on whether or not early game assists, not kills, should offer a gold modifier in addition to the standing bounty if any. First thought was to help the junglers and supports.

I think can of a few champions that perhaps could be problematic but .. Thoughts?
