Buff Katarina

Guys , Don't u think katarina needs a buff , she's really weak in latest patches 8.11 - 8.12 - 8.13 - 8.14. She's always weak against most of meta midlaners and gets shit on against ranged champions earlygame that she's supposed to counter , please riot , think about buffing katarina , her E and passive buffs were so weak . guys pls
