My feedback on Vladimir

I mained Vladimir for 2 months, enough time to know him very good. I love playing him but after some time is going to be boring. But let's go right away to the questions a rioter asked:

What aspect is most core or sacred to their identity? His Q, that he can have a huge spell vamp identity His W, that he can be untargetable while dealing damage His R/ult, an ability that does damage on every Enemy champion standing in it's ability range

What issue bothers you the most when playing them? That he is pretty useless and weak before lvl 9, because he has high cooldowns before lvl 9, you can't secure a kill that easily. I don't have a problem with that certain moves(W and E) need some of his own health, and i know that I'm going to be compared with these kids crying and wining about nerfing, but when you guys(Riot), rework Vladimir, just tweak the damage on yourself a little little bit, because in the early levels you take some damage from yourself and you need to get that fixen with your Q, but because your Q has a lot of Cooldown before lvl 9, you must play really really passive.
