Sick pc, league lagging hard

Have a gtx 1080 and r5 1600 oc`d and league staying on 50 fps for no reason vsync and all off, still the same thing, what can i do Edit: Thx a lot that literally cost me a game cuz i had to be afk, cuz being on 35 fps 50% of the time is unplayable, and 50fps aint that good either, it kinda triggers me, cuz i built a computer with a gtx 1080, just to play on lower fps than on my old pc with a gt 710. And its not a software problem in windows, i literally checked everything, its something with league
