Where is URF, Riot.

Okay, don't think I will brag around and stuff. But, I got a problem. Riot said URF will be here at least twice this year, so I wonder where it is? I joined in July 2015 and I missed URF. Now I really want to see how that game mode looks. Personally instead of putting Ascension as the first game mode in rotating game modes It was a better decision to but URF first, now you are just making it go far far away. I mean I saw it is going to be Ascension and then Hexakill mode or whatever, but one final question remains. Where is URF?
