Recent Varus changes, marksman update

I know you are buffing his ultimate and all which is cool and a good buff but can you please just please take a look at his passive.

For a steroid that he has unlock in a battle it feels incredibly lack luster. When his passive procs it doesn't give you the feel that you get stronger, it's just there and it's a shame because it is a good passive thematically.

I've been playing Varus a lot, and amount of times i can say "wow my passive really changed the outcome of this fight" can be counted with my right hand.

I mean look at how Jinx's passive interacts with her whole playstyle and kit, i want that for Varus.

Imo this fragment of his League Judgment represents how his passive should feel the best:

"With every death Varus shot faster, until by the end there was no sense that each shot was discrete. The Prey simply ran until it fell. It was elegant horror."

Varus' passive is supposed to make you want to take on any threat that is coming head on, no running from the fight you fight back win or lose.

So since most of Varus' damage it's in his abilities why not make it reduce his cooldowns (no reset) when he procs his passive? Or maybe it can give an AD steroid, say maybe 40 to complement the attack speed.

Since you're looking into marksmen right now i figured this was the best time to talk about this.
