AP and Armor

Zhoyna's as we know is getting dumpstered fairly bad, presumably because of the powerful active. However, every AP champion that wants some amount of Armor has only this as an option. If Zhoyna is being relegated to the niche active part of the power scale, can we please include another AP + Armor item? Because right now any AP that wants to itemize armor HAS to go through Zhoynas.

Bonus Points if it's actually an item that builds out of Seekers as well.

Double Bonus Points if Seekers gets some of its huge nerfs reverted.
