banned when my connexion is low

i get banned when my connexion i low and then they tell me to check lag report that it doesnt exists in my country, can someone help me on this situation cuz i dont have much time to wait twenty min on everysingle game, can u guys also add to our country lag report thing. thnx Tunisia/north africa/euw
