Cait rework shouldn't be huge

Change her W, all she really needs is a better W.

It's almost useless, if you got vision in a brush you can avoid it and it's useless mid - late game, just change it. Everything is fine about her, she is an AA spamming machine like . If she gets anything else changed on her to be stronger (considering the fact it's CertinalyT remaking her I am frightened but hoping his colleagues calmed him down the kit overloading) she'll just be another adc spammed in bot lane and will continue to suck late game.
