Why is tank Ekko still a problem?

I took a small break from league, but people are still saying he's too OP? Get on this **** Riot; I think it's pretty clear that Ekko going tank is better then Ekko going AP, you know THE WAY HE IS SAPOST TO BE BUILD! Find out why and get rid of no weakness tank Ekko.

Why do I feel like Ekoo chuold do what ever he and Rioo wound't do anything. Jungle Malz gets hot fix and if tank Zed becomes a thing Riot would nerf it in 2 mins lol.
