Alright, we'll first start off with some ground rules. -Be civil, Disagreements are allowed but not to the point of bland toxicity Points that are brought up should focus on fixing unnecessary things added onto champions kits, like heals that shouldn't be there or extra damage that makes no sense, or at least shifting said things onto different parts of their kits to make them more balanced but still be interesting.

Ill list champions that I feel need some work and can be considered overloaded.

Yasuo Connect his flow to his wind wall duration, remove armor pen. from ult and replace with more damage instead

Camille Remove heal from W, lessen bonus AD from Q

Irelia Lessen slow amount from ult but keep base slow of said ult on the outer rings, lessen heal off of Q on minions, lower the Damage resistance from W and make it stoppable

Akali Revealed for the amount of time the stun lasts during W, Lessen the speed her Q gives her

Khazix Fix how buggy isolation is, revert AD ratio of W and lower the slow

Zoe Deletion

Anivia Double the armor and magic resistance lost during rebirth

Fizz Remove damage over time on W

Fiora Increase early game cool down for Q

Xerath Increase the time it takes for Q to reach full range

Kaisa Lower AP scaling on ult, increase total AD to upgrade Q

Brand Decrease extra damage gained from passive for W

Darius Decrease health gained from Q

Chogath Decrease HP scaling for ult, Lower slow amount on Q

Evelynn W doesnt slow if hit eariler.

Will add more, comment your recommendations and ill see if its worthy on being in the list.

SIDE NOTE: I also think some attack animations do not line up with their attack range creating situations where person A gets auto'd when they themselves don't even see it possibly happening, the only one i could see having this issue is kha and his improved Q increasing his attack range

Wait why does Xerath need longer charge time on his q?

Anivia doesn't get doubled resistances during her passive. In fact at early levels she receives NEGATIVE resistances. The point of the bonus flat resistances is so it actually works as the game goes on and team fights occur.
