why would they? also they must be really desperate to screw over their matchmaking even further to add something like that to that game
There is good reason why League is miles ahead of HotS And this is one of them
Blizzard is dead to me for turning D3 into an arcade style shooter. That said, 
it wouldn't be the first time and may not be the last.
Blizzard is far behind in terms of technology when it comes to this sort of thing Blizzard will botch it just you wait : p
Overall its IMPOSSIBLE to properly match people together the human is a constantly adapting being

Under the correct circumstances even the worst player [ Me ] could seem like a Plat smurf
Though the next game they probably wont Hahaha everything depends on circumstances when skill is not involved
They tried this in Overwatch, it lead to shit tons of one tricks. The whole thing is based on comparing your stats to other players who play your same champ. If your stats are above the average for other people playing your champ you rise.
Lol, sounds like some people on League might be too dependent on getting carried.
I doubt it. Blizzard would first have to prove it actually works and doesn't just bork the system. And even if they manage that it's still a question of is it a fair system.
