Make its passive melee only
The fact that anyone even has to point this kind of basic common sense shit to you people when the champs that will be obvious abuse cases are also popular picks makes me sick.
Graves is fine being able to use it, and urgot is really in need of it.
this item is broken even on melees
you shouldnt't get like 10 stacks of the aram horn on a damage item. especially since death's dance already exists. an overall extremely badly designed item in my opinion. this will be abused by everyone.
The passive of Dragons Heart has a 500 range. If 3 enemies are in 500 range of an adc like jhin, the adc probably is already dead (also stated by riot). And no, the first passive alone is far to weak to purchase the item just for this. yes they could make it melee only. it isn't even such a good item for urgot as he builds more tanky. still there is no reyl reason fi it is already designed to be quite weak on them. graves can sue it in lategame. but he builds first stuff like phantomdancer where he has less bonus ad as a standard bruiser, so it is less good on him as on other bruisers.
I'm also worried about assassins abusing this item, but I'm not sure what should be done about it.
Not gonna happen. Riot just stated about jungle changes that they didnt intend to listen to any feedback because they are sure the changes they did are right. What makes you think they will listen to feedback about anything else?

Doesn't work with Jhin's passive. Gotta see if it works for Noxian Might, Conqueror and Pyke's Passive.
Plus Graves needs nerfs on his stats, he SHOULD be able to use this item, same for Urgot.
Can't they just make the passive be "Gain block equal to 15% of bonus AD from items"? I.e it only counts the raw AD from items and not champions passives and so on.
I do actually agree, all my Friends agree with that item should be only for melee. I would do that with guinsoo Also, but It would be like, It gives the half for ranged champs, like, instead of 4%, u get 2%. Or idk, It would be too rough, do somethimd about jhin, i want to ban something else
Jhin does not get DR from his passive. All AD afforded by his passive is ignored. He gains the same as anyone else.
