custom key configuration per champion

Would be nice if we could save different sets of key configurations on a per champion basis.

That way you can set similar kinds of abilities to the same button. Saves the hassle of having to change them every time.

It would also be nice if we could change the in-game options outside of the game itself, in the launcher for example. Right now its kinda shitty to be forced to start a match just to change a few options. This also gives us time to actually look throe and get to know the options without having to worry about the game itself going on at the same time.
