What's going on with 7.20?
Everyone is saying that 7.20 is coming oct.11 and it seems like it is going to include the new rune system. Why would the new runes be released before the end of season and not for the preseason patch after Nov.7

New runes are not coming out until preseason, but they were on the PBE during the 7.20 cycle so can hopefully test them and not dumpster the game when preseason arrives. 7.20 just has a few balance things and Evelynn.
