Locking in during ranked/draft pick

so personally i have played this game for about 4-5 years since around season 3 and Im now seriously frustrated with being put as dodging queue when i have only failed to click "lock in" since i went to get food or just didnt see my timer. I dont ever remember this being part of picking even 1 or 2 years back when I took a break so when I am back this has been frustrating me and making dodge ranked games when I dont even mean to. I dont remember this being there before, i just never noticed and got lazy now but it has been annoying that all i have to do to dodge is not lock in when before you had to intentionally close the whole entire client now making me dodge games and lose LP that im not intending to lose.
