Is RIOT even considering enabling the Draft Pick again?

From what I've read, RIOT has disabled drafts because only ~10% of community was playing it. Does it mean, that they're not going to re-enable it? Well, if they're trying to force me to play Blind Pick from now on... goodbye LoL.
