Ok, I'll say this again.

80AD, 35MR, and a cleanse/speed boost on a single item is extremely good. People are even replacing their defensive item with this on many ADCs. There's no reason to reduce the price.

Yeah, it's a "well I already have QSS might-as-well buy.

The problem is that if it was too cost effective it would be a must-buy item.

I wouldn't mind 800g shaved off of the combine price and 30 AD taken away. That would put it in line price- and AD-wise as Black Cleaver.
