Client Issues

Fix your client, there have been so many attempts that my friend and i have tried to duo queue in ranked but the client would never show him a match or his client would freeze in the pick or ban phase. Why are you going to keep releasing skins when there are so many people trying to play games but are stopped by a horrible client freezing.
