How to dedicate to only one champ?

I want to become TwistedFate otp,I like playing him but sometimes when I lose my lane, feed or get a bad counter I just can play him for 3 days even tho I sometimes go 3w and 1 lose with him I am not motivated to play him anymore. I want to become like Tobias Fate,Azzapp,Gripex or Panunu level of dedication to one champion to be the one with him xD. So any advice on how to stay motivated?

Do you actually like the champion?... Or do you just want to get good at the champ?... If you don't particularly have a passion for the champ, other than seeing certain people play very well on the champ, then ur not gonna really feel the satisfactory drive to play the champ... If you actually really like the champ, and his kit beyond other people looking good on him, then it honestly just comes naturally to want to play him more... other than that, read his lore i guess? watch more streams. The people that onetrick the champs really love the champs, identify with the charaacter/personality, lore as well as their ingame kit. If TF isnt that for yu it's not a bad thing, just means you'll find another champ that is.... Other than that.. just get it into ur mind that ur gonna play him and consistently play him. Good luck

Might also be helpful to listen to music associated with Tf (twisted fate music playlists)

First step is to pick the champ. Second is to lock in

Hard to tell. RN im at 1.2 Million points on Shen. He is fun to play and i like his lore. Mainly its lore that gets a players eyes. Even if i lose as shen, yea sure it sucks and it's worse that Shen gets nerfed because of Pro play and how he is "garbage" but hey... I got to plat 3 with him. Just practice and have fun with it :)

Find a champion you enjoy playing then play it. Don't force yourself to main x or y champion because you want to be like someone famous but pick a character that you can play for 1000 games, win or lose, then que up for another match because they're just that fun.

Here's my biggest suggestion: Don't.

OTPing just fucks you overall. Your champ gets banned? You dodge or you end up being useless and feeding. They pick it? You're going to do mediocre in lane (because you know nobody else, but at least you know how to fight your main) and be useless for the rest of the game. They pick a counter? You're dealing with a shit lane for certain then. Your main gets nerfed/reworked? You're fucked. Your main gets reworked, becomes top-tier, or gets a cool new skin that draws people towards it? You don't get to play ranked for a while. Your team needs an entirely different type of champion, such as an AP one when you main an AD one? Well you're screwed.

Have a main. Play a few champions exclusively. Whatever. Don't OTP, though, because it just sets up so many times you can get fucked over.

My suggestion is DO IT!

But also main or at least learn 2-3 other champs per role so if you get autofilled, or you picked is banned/picked before you, you have a backup champ to play that you are also good at. Make sure to try and choose champs that have the same type of gameplay feel. For example: If you like champs that splitpush, learn champs like nasus, Yorick or Yi that excell at splitpushing and taking objectives fast.
