Can mordekaiser get full effect from rift herald with his ghost up.

Seriously the most important thing for mordekaiser to get is rift herald.

(theoretically) According to the wording of his q the damage from rift herald doubles on the third strike if done on the first strike. He needs to be able to push towers better early game so rift herald's on hit tower nuke is extremely effective. The nuke means youre going to kill 1/2 people during ganks fast. Best part is the 5% less damage is quite incremental if you take into account the constant bonus health from passive.

With mordekaiser being the only top laner that actually desires rift herald you would hope it would work in all cases.

note for some reason the dragon is also considered a champion to rift herald. It also eats up skillshots and only gets snared rather then stunned by anything.
