Active Item Question, Help Please?

Hey I have a simple question, is there a way to have like a notification/above skill bar icon to show when items are up and ready to be used, like blade of ruin king, zhonya's half the time when I'm playing I either forget that I have the item, or I have trouble seeing if the item is up and ready to be used, when I'm fighting. any information would be grateful.

they already do. It's above your skill bar normally(I don't know if you can actually move it with settings). You will see an Icon above your skills showing the item. If it's glowing you can use it, otherwise it shows it's CD.
