Hecarim Nerfs?

He can currently build cinderhulk and trinity force and have enough damage to lockdown and kill anyone except the enemy tank.

To make a comparison: wukong builds warrior enchantment and black cleaver, but doesn't come close to killing hecarim in a 1v1 OR having the same influence as him in a teamfight, despite also having an AoE ult.

Hec is one of those tanks that deals a ton of damage while also benefiting in teamfights due to his w heal and AoE ult, plus the easy to use q.
