Does one get the exclusive Dominion Icon even if their total games were reset?

I would sure hope so, pretty sure I had well over a 100 wins, but the total amount was reset probably with one of the new seasons. Since Dominion has been out for 4 years I would ASSUME the skin goes to those 100 wins within that time as the post suggests.
