Unjust Comp Placement

The league community grows by the day, and more and more player enter their first competitive game-play. They get placed in bronze, or sliver, depending on how they do. Lately, the teammates that I have, and get aren't on the skill of that placed league. Because of poor placements, I experienced many losses and gained a lot of stress on a game that is suppose to be fun. I wish Riot can change how they place new players, and do something about ELO boosting. I was gold 3 on my old account, forgot password and user, started a new league account. I played well in my first 10 placement games, and get Bronze 3, why? That I don't know. I just want Riot to fix how new players join the competitive league.
