Low FPS on League of Legends

Hi My name is Christian or ph0Ra on the Rift....See my problem is I own a high end rig (specs below) and my fps on league of legends isnt high at all, well it is at the beginning but by late game it goes to hell. YES i have done everything on the riot forums to try and get my FPS back up but it doesnt help at all. So my FPS early game starts at around 250-300 and then by late game it drops to like 70-45 in teamfights its horible and hard to land alot of skill shots and bursting. Does anyone have any solutions?

My Specs: -ASUS STRIX GTx 970 4GB OC EDITION -AMD 6350 Overclocked to 4.3GHz at 1.44Volts -16GB of DDR3 HyperX Fury RAM -600W PSU -1TB Hardrive -H55 Liquid Cooler (for CPU)

now maybe im not sure this could be my CPU temps but i highly doubt it. I sit at around 56-64-76 degrees under high load on my CPU and im not sure if that is what is causing the FPS but i highly doubt it.

YES I HAVE UPDATED MY DRIVERS, I HAVE USED CC CLEANER TO CLEAN MY PC, I HAVE CLEANED OUT MY PC FOR DUST ETC.....**

Check to see what the graphics are set on. A good setting for a 16GB ram computer would be all setting on 'medium' (If you want a good fps in teamfights. Maybe you could dabble in one or two 'highs')
