Tracker's Knife and Allied Trinkets

Can we get the ability to ping the amount of wards our allies' trinkets have? I'm kind of tired of people who have 2 yellow trinket wards they haven't used all game, and I can ping a brush and they'll only understand half the time I mean to ward. And for the jungle item, I always take the warding one. I like vision. But can we ping how many Ward charges are left on it, kind of like sightstone?
