It was fine when mages can AoE the entire team 100-0 mages love that It's not fine when mages can't burst tank 100-0 It's not fine when support can prevent them from killing the ADC It's not fine when ADC deals wins in a 1v1 duel It's not fine when they've been 100-0 no clown by assassins leading to the removal of a healthy CC, namely silence because "We can't cast spells oh no" but "we should be able to CC creep stun/slow/knock-up/knockback" assassins.

The only roles which deserves to requests a buff now are assassins. They can't do what they're supposed to. But mages? They can still waveclear easily, poke easily, CC easily. They don't need any buffs.

If there are any changes to AP itemization, it should be for AP Assassins only and all mages should be nerfed in case of them abusing the AP assassin items. Kassadin buffs? YES. Ahri buffs? NO.
